                                          LIFELINE SUBSCRIPTION AGREEMENT

It is understood and agreed that neither the purchase nor the use of the Lifeline service will create any attorney-client relationship, but will only grant the subscriber access to the consulting and referral services provided by employees and associates of Fisher Lopez, some but not all of whom are lawyers.  Specifically, subscribers will be given one or more telephone numbers that they may call at any time during the subscription period to discuss issues or problems that arise in connection with cross-border travel or transactions within Mexico.  Fisher Lopez will address these issues and problems, as quickly and comprehensively as circumstances allow, by consulting with and referring the subscriber to individuals and institutions in Mexico that are best equipped to deal with the situation.  In some cases, those referrals will be to government agencies that will lend further assistance at no cost to the subscriber.  In other cases, the referral will be to professionals and service-providers with whom the subscriber will need to make separate arrangements for retention, payment, etc. Fisher Lopez accepts no responsibility for the actions of third-parties, public or private.

After you have accepted the Lifeline subscription agreement and provide the information as requested above, simply click this "Add to Cart" button and you will be taken to our PayPal site for payment processing.  We will send you a confirming e-mail with the phone number(s) to use for making Lifeline calls during your subscription period.  Those numbers change depending on your dates of travel in Mexico and for other reasons, and so cannot be provided until your subscription is processed.
